Ask one question, draw one card, get a straight yes or no. The answer is decided by the card that came up — its polarity, flipped if it lands reversed — in code, before a single word is written about it. No sign-up and no email.
How the answer is decided
Before you type anything, the deck is already shuffled and sealed — the screen shows a fingerprint of that shuffle. One card comes off the top. Each of the 78 cards carries a fixed yes or no, and a reversed card flips it. Only once the answer exists does the reader write about what it rests on, what it costs, and what would change it.
Can the shuffle be checked?
Yes. You get the fingerprint before your question exists, and the shuffle itself after the draw — repeat it and the same card comes up. The question never touched the result.
Can I ask again until I like the answer?
You can, and it is the fastest way to make the answer worthless. One question, one card, and then the more interesting move: ask what the answer depends on.
